Leaders face ever-increasing challenges in today’s demanding business environment (cost pressures leading to flatter organizations, executive managers with more direct reports, “speed to market” as a competitive advantage with time pressure, etc.) executives have limited opportunity to devote time and energy to their own development as leaders.

An Effective Option for Senior Leadership Teams


Leadership Development Pods offer a leadership development strategy that is, in many instances, better, faster and cheaper than individual coaching or group training. Via peer groups, senior managers commit to the development, execution, and continuous improvement of individual leadership strategies. 

How does Pod Coaching work? Pod Coaching consists of 5-9 participants who typically have one or more factors in common. They may come from the same team or across your organization. They may share similar challenges, job content or objectives. Or come from a similar level in the organization or a development program. They focus on one leadership topic at a time, which is set by the client or the Pod group. They can take one topic per meeting or work on one topic over a series of meetings. 

Conducted virtually or in-house every 2 to 4 weeks, I personally facilitate the Pod through the process using real-life scenarios to produce accelerated results. Introducing methods for the team to learn about the focus topic and also from the process that plays out in the Pod itself. 

The Pod becomes a safe learning environment for the members to experiment with their new behaviors before taking them out into the real world. They receive expert coaching as well as provide each other with the support, challenge, synergy, and accountability not often experienced at the top tiers of an organization. 

After coaching, Pods can continue as powerful, self-sustaining peer support networks

I also offer an in-house resident coaching service for organisations supporting individuals, at all levels, working with the organization to ensure that outcomes and deliverables are aligned with both the individual’s and organization’s own goals. Organizations utilize my coaching services so that their team may benefit from the advantages of working with an external coach. 

Like my private practice, my work with organisations is flexible and transparent, this means I am able to quickly assist all your executive coaching needs personally and directly – delivering services when, where and how required with minimal set-up. I deliver coaching services to executives on behalf of organizations, to:
