The 3 month custom coaching program is a comprehensive value-based package that is  designed to help you reach your goal, by working through the fundamentals of coaching: clarifying your goal, addressing challenges, setting up an action plan. 

It is a great way to start if you are new to 1:1 coaching or have already some idea about your goal. We meet regularly throughout the 3-months to co-create your future career.

The process is designed to meet you ‘where you are at’ in your career journey, irrespective of your current position.

First, we will meet with you to assess your career goals and/or transition. Next, we will customize a program to meet your specific needs. Each program is unique, but components common to many programs include:

• Defining Your Objectives
• Creating a Career Plan
• Communicating Your Transition
• Developing Your Resume 
• Leveraging Social Media/Network 
• Applying for Positions
• Coaching for Interviews

What’s included in your 3 month 1:1 sessions:

• 10 Sessions (Planning session + 8 coaching sessions + final retrospective)
• Access to all session recordings
• Weekly assignments that can include video training modules, worksheets, and research
• Mid-week accountability check-ins
• Email and WhatsApp support in between sessions
